The turn aroud time for a mortgage application is usually between 30 and 45 days. So the better you are prepared,the faster it will be.

Here's a list of documents that are commonly required for a conventional mortgage application

Personal information

1. Passport Copy and Driver's License

2. Last 3 bank statements showing the source of funds used for your purchase.

3. Last 2 tax return reports 

4. Last 2 years of income assessments

5. Paystubs

6. Financial Balance Sheet (If business owner)

7. Copy of Trust (if applicable)

Property

1. Mortgage statements of all property you owned

2. Appraisal,  Who should we call to access your property?

3. Condo Association: Email Address of a Resource Person

 

For single-family residence?

 

1. Home insurance (hazard insurance)

2. Survey

3. Roof and termite inspection

4. Inspection of the sea wall (if applicable)
